Michelle keep calling me for referral

Good.

But she forget to tell me that she is a good insurance agent first.

If my clients were given to her, then will my clients hurted?

She did come to bible study and she did return calls but.....

to other views she did travel agents business and others..

(same as francis who wrongly impress people that francis did alot of jobs ->

don't tell kitty, don't tell anybody what jobs are you working on!!)

一般為口奔馳的上班族，多少都有既定的上班時間，若果家中成員需要你留在身邊照顧他們的話，你可能不知所措，因為一方面可能要請假，另一方面又擔心因請假而影響工資收入。

基本概念

在加州，對於僱員需要抽出部分工作時間或需要暫時停止上班，去照顧患重病的家人或照顧家中新生孩童時，可以申領一項「加州家事假期金」(California Paid Family Leave Insurance)，補助一點工資方面的損失。這項「加州家事假期金」其實就是一種「停工補償傷病保險」，概念就等同僱員自己因傷病原因而不能上班時，去申領加州傷病金一樣。

申請理由

一般有﹕

1.需要照顧患重病的配偶、子女、父母或註冊同居伴侶；

2.需要和自己的新生嬰孩、配偶的新生嬰孩、或註冊同居伴侶的新生嬰孩，建立親子關係；或

3.需要和自己收養或助養的孩童、配偶收養或助養的孩童、或註冊同居伴侶收養或助養的孩童，建立親子關係。
