diff btn system driven vs personal driven
sys driven - lost own personality [if 1 person has strong personality, then that person fail to agree on 1 system ] / system is a hero making machine [ like school maybe?] there is time to make a shot or else we are not goin gto make it because too many people work hard and so working hard alone cna't make $ today
personal drive - fear no man, good in people, but no system cos too many system there and proud of myself to speak for others like "i am a dictator anyway"
most of you who fail your business is not the business itself:
a. product of employment
b. village mentality
c u screw yourself - dictatorship vs everybody is welcomed
d u trap yourself in non sense issue anyway
e u compare the wrong thing cos u never kno what u want
